Job Summary

The Marketing Manager leads the Marketing Department through strategic planning, goal setting, and identifying market opportunities. They oversee field marketing, communications, account management, web & e-commerce, and training & events. Additionally, they identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase market share and profitability through sales and marketing initiatives.


Job Responsibilities

  • Supervises communications, field marketing, and digital creative advertisements

  • Manages marketing budget including all related expenses

  • Directs implementation of all marketing and merchandising programs using funds supplied

  • Oversees all internal and external communications

  • Participates in strategic planning with an executive team

  • Plans and implements internal and external events

  • Identifies opportunities to and leads team toward the goals of increasing profitability and market share
